Get your guests’ creative juices flowing with our Do It Yourself Craft Stations.
Our artists will set up stations for your guests to sit down and create a customized gift for themselves or as a souvenir for a loved one. The specialized artist will be on hand to help mix colors, provide brushes and to keep the crowd involved. Your guests will enjoy painting these keepsakes as they engage in conversation with each other at the table. The perfect way to get your guests involved, get them mingling and get them creating a great gift to take home!
PRICE: $200 per hour
(2 hour minimum charge), per artist
INCLUDES:
1 artist to help facilitate up to
25 people at a time, up to 3 tables
All materials (crafts not included)
COSTS OF CRAFTS
Starting at $4 per piece (depending
on the type of craft)
Client is welcome to provide their own
Ask about CUSTOM wood cut outs and
engravings. (e.g. logos, slogans, etc.)
NOTE: With custom woodcuts, we recommend
ordering an amount that is at least half the number of expected Guests, and placing your order (3) weeks in advance.
Staging requirements:
(3) 6 ft. tables with skirted linen and chairs for every 5-6 guests, electrical outlet, adequate lighting, NOTE: (1) table to be designated for completed crafts to dry, and be picked up by guests on their way out. The perfect way to get your guests involved, get them mingling and get them creating a great gift to take home.
TRAVEL COSTS
All events held in Cuyahoga County are considered “local” and are not subject to any travel costs. Any events OUTSIDE of Cuyahoga County may be subject to travel costs, and will require a quote for possible overnight travel accommodations
